I have a deep love of astronomy and here I get to share with you the beauty of the universe. Since I was very young, I read science fiction books that were handed down to me from my father.
Years ago, the human race took its first tiny steps into space exploration. This is something that has been dreamt of for over a thousand years. I hope my paintings awaken the wonder of space in the viewer. Gazing up at our night sky was something we all did as children, but most have forgotten to do in a long while

In 2017, I co-hosted a workshop with the IAAA to see the eclipse in Ryrie, Idaho. It was one of the most breathtaking experiences I have ever had!

This was an illustration for a model kit box cover.
Along with a love for art history and astronomy, I have a deep love for mythology and world spirituality. One very influential work I read years ago was Joseph Campbell's Power of Myth, exploring the thread that binds all of our stories together. I am, at heart, a seeker (and maybe a little Jedi).
